DESCRIPTION

Methylene Blue, otherwise known as Methylthioninium Chloride is a synthetic blue compound that has gained interest within the sphere of integrative medicine due to its unique physiological effects.

Antioxidant Properties

It acts as an antioxidant, helping to combat oxidative stress in the body and protect cells from damage. This process may have a positive effect on conditions relating to oxidative stress such as neurodegenerative diseases.

DOSING AND ADMINISTRATION

Contains 60 Capsules

Take 2-4 capsules daily on 5 out of 7 days per week.

If preferred, split the daily dose up over the day (e.g. take one capsule in the morning and one at night), being sure not to exceed a maximum of 4 capsules within a 24 hour period.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

DO NOT use this product if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding or intend to become pregnant or breastfeed while taking Methylene Blue liquid.

Methylene Blue is a Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) and can interact with other medications, including herbal supplements like St John’s Wort and recreational drugs and alcohol.

You should consult your healthcare professional prior to using Methylene Blue liquid if you are taking medication for the treatment of ADHD, narcolepsy, depression, anxiety or any other mood or cognition disorders, or if you have a history of diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, tremors or G6PD deficiency.

Methylene Blue liquid may interact with some prescription medications, including opioids, antidepressants and sedatives. Seek advice from your doctor before using Methylene Blue if you are on these medications.

It is crucial that you tell your doctor if you are taking any other prescription medications, supplements, herbal preparations, illicit or recreational substances before starting to take Methylene Blue capsules.
