Magnolia Officinalis
Magnolia officinalis is commonly called the houpo magnolia, or sometimes simply “magnolia bark.” The bark is particularly rich in two neolignans that are believed to be responsible for its medicinal properties — magnolol and honokiol. Some of the conditions that magnolia bark has traditionally been used to treat include asthma, anxiety, depression, stomach disorders, and inflammation.
GABA
GABA is a neurotransmitter that exerts a calming effect. Increased GABA activity can work to quieten the mind to reduce anxiety, while also promoting restful sleep. Increased GABA helps quiet the excitatory neurons in the brain which can help reduce anxiety.
Contains 60 Capsules DHH-B + GABA Oral Supplement. Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, or less frequently as required. Best taken in the morning with high fat foods for better absorption
