Administer 0.75ml of NAD+ via subcutaneous injection into the abdomen once, on the same day each week. Take only one dose a week for four weeks.

Take one capsule of Epitalon each morning with water and food, from Monday to Friday every second week (max 10 capsules per month).
Cease program for one whole month.
