The Nutrient Reference Values for Australia and New Zealand recommend 45mg of vitamin C per day for middle-aged adults.

DOSING & ADMINISTRATION

Contains 200ml Liposomal Vitamin C (Potency: 330mg/1ml)

This Vitamin C is in a potent Liposomal form. This means it is a liquid that you take orally. Standard dosing is one teaspoon (5mg) daily. This represents 1650mg Vitamin C. Do not exceed 2000mg/ml per day.
