This consultation package includes a comprehensive pathology referral so there is no need to provide your own tests like the Doctor Approval Consultation with Own Pathology option.
This all-in-one package gives our Medical Team a complete picture of your current health, enabling them to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your wellness goals. You’ll receive a referral for an extensive pathology exam that evaluates your hormone levels and vitamin/mineral deficiencies. After your tests, a consultation is scheduled to review your results and develop a treatment plan aimed at achieving your health objectives. We recommend completing this package once per year to maintain optimal health monitoring.
Please note that this consultation is privately charged, and Medicare rebates are not available. Once you purchase the package, our Patient Care Team will contact you to schedule your consultation and gather additional details about your concerns, ensuring our Medical Team is fully informed prior to your appointment.
