PRE MEDICAL SCREENING
Following patient registration, book a Pre Medical Screening. Here, a member of the Patient Screening Team will request more information about your wellness goals. This information is provided to our prescribing doctor.
TREATMENT PLAN
With information from your registration and Pre Medical Screening, the doctor will construct your personalised Treatment Plan. This plan recommends appropriate medical products and programs that the doctor has deemed suitable for your goals.
FINALISE THE PROCESS
Following the issue of your Treatment Plan, the Patient Care Team will be in contact. Here, the team can assist you in finalising the process.
PRESCRIPTION AND COMPOUNDING
Once the doctor approves and prescribes your order, a script will be sent to our compounding pharmacy in South Australia. Here, products are compounded in a sterile environment using high quality ingredients.
Once completed, your order will be dispatched from the pharmacy and sent to you via express post. You will receive doctor-issued, personal dosing instructions and tracking information via email.
