INTRODUCING: PEPTIDE BIOREGULATORS

Growth Hormone Assessment | Pathology

$130.00

This assessment identifies levels of growth hormone (GH) in the body. Crucial in stimulating almost every tissue in the body, growth hormone can contribute to poor health when deficient.

Description

DESCRIPTION

This test measures growth hormone levels through a simple SST blood test. This anabolic hormone stimulates nearly every tissue in the body and when deficient, can cause a range of health conditions.

Often presented as obesity, impaired memory and sleep, low libido, osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease, growth hormone deficiency can affect numerous elements of health.

Growth hormone (GH) is a peptide hormone which is secreted from the anterior pituitary gland. This secretion is regulated by the two hypothalamic hormones, somatostatin and growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH).

At the age of 60, most individuals have only 25%of the growth hormone they did at age 20. It is therefore common for signs of growth hormone depletion to present with age. For all ages however, growth hormone levels can decrease and cause issues with muscle gain and retention.
